Job summary
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Lakeland Village in Medical Lake is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 2 to deliver compassionate, person-centered care for residents with cognitive disabilities. You will administer medications, assist with care plans, and work with medical staff to provide treatments and exams.
Qualifications
- Must hold Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- At least one year of LPN experience.
- Ability to perform basic nursing assessments and provide person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide treatment and nursing care for residents with developmental or neurological/behavioral health needs.
- Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans.
- Administer medications and support physicians with treatments and exams.
