Job summary

Baptist Urgent Care in Olive Branch, MS is seeking experienced LPN/X-Ray Techs to join our team. You will support physicians by interviewing patients, performing clinical tasks, and conducting X-ray exams with proper body mechanics.

A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required, with at least two years’ hospital or clinic experience; a valid LPN license and a license to perform X-rays are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Two years’ hospital or clinic experience preferred.
• State licensure as LPN is required.
• Valid licensure to perform X-rays is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examination or procedure.
• Record health histories and note abnormal conditions for Providers.
• Perform X-ray procedures for evaluation and treatment.
• Administer medications as directed by Providers and monitor responses.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Triaging patients to ensure efficient departmental flow.
