Ozarks Healthcare in Missouri is seeking a nurse leader to assess and plan direct patient care and provide leadership within the nursing team. You will be responsible for care decisions delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel and for documenting history and vital signs.

You will ensure adherence to the standards of nursing care and may perform laboratory procedures in the clinic setting, contributing to patient well-being.

Description du poste

Assesses and plans for direct patient care, and providing leadership within the nursing team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Assesses adult and geriatric patient needs for treatment, obtaining and documenting history and vital signs. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care.
