Job summary

Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, MO is seeking a nursing leader to assess and plan for direct patient care and provide leadership within the nursing team. Job description

Assesses and plans for direct patient care, and providing leadership within the nursing team. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Assesses adult and geriatric patient needs for treatment, obtaining and documenting history and vital signs. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care.
