Job summary

Helia Healthcare is seeking a facility-level nursing leader to coach, develop, and guide our nursing and management teams within a regulated post-acute care environment. The role includes hands-on assessment, quality assurance, and ensuring clinical outcomes are met.

The position requires extensive travel within Illinois and Missouri, with the possibility of temporarily filling Director of Nursing vacancies. A BSN or higher and five years of healthcare management experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois LPN license required.
• BSN or greater level of educational achievement.
• Minimum five (5) years of healthcare management experience, with preference for long-term/acute/post-acute care.
• 1-3 years of multi-site nurse management experience preferred.
• Ability to accept interim assignments at locations.
• Thorough understanding of financial, quality assurance, and management processes.
