Job summary

Brookdale Pinnacle in Ohio is seeking an LPN Wellness Coordinator to help oversee the clinical department and day-to-day patient care. You will manage ADLs and healthcare needs, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and receive high-quality care as needs change.

Role requires 1–2 years nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities and LPN license in Ohio; leadership, training, and on-call duties are expected, in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience overseeing a clinical care team.
• Experience in senior living preferred.
• Experience training caregivers/nurses (in-services, trainings).
• Participation in on-call duties.
• Managed associates' schedules.
• Strong listening and written communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team player with ability to connect with families.
• LPN license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity with changing needs.
• Maintain consistent quality of care across shifts, possibly assuming caregiver or Med Tech roles as needed.
• Oversee supervision of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and care teams; provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate medication training, pharmacy management, and supervision per Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
• Education to obtain state nursing license and maintain 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
