Qualificações
- Active LPN license to practice in New York
- CPR certification (BLS or ALS)
- Compliance with State and Federal laws for nursing facilities
- Strong assessment skills and commitment to patient care
- Excellent communication to coordinate with healthcare team and educate patients
Responsabilidades
- Provide clinical nursing care as part of a team
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to plan and deliver care
- Educate patients and families about care plans and medications
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and notes
