Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with CNAs, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments to ensure quality care.
