Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Weekend Only | 12-Hour Shifts

  • 12-Hour Shifts – Day & Night

  • Every Saturday and Sunday availability required

You’ll Be a Great Fit for Our LPN Team If You Have:
  • A current LPN license in the state of Missouri

LPN Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care to support seniors with daily living activities (ADLs)

  • Encourage resident engagement and socialization to enhance overall well-being

  • Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment

  • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care

  • Record and maintain accurate patient history and clinical documentation

  • Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature

  • Follow directions from and report updates to RNs and/or supervising physicians
