Eden Senior Care operates Friendly Village, a skilled nursing facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. We are recruiting dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis to deliver high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering patient care, supervising nursing assistants, administering medications, communicating changes in conditions, and maintaining accurate records. Previous LTC experience and an active LPN license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate well in verbal and written form.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family.
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
