CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking an LPN Supervisor for the Sellersburg area to support patient-centered care and lead a weekend night shift team. The role includes admissions assistance, occasional cart duty, and one on-call day, with a focus on compassionate service for residents and their families.

Qualified candidates will hold Indiana licensure as an LPN, have long-term care experience, and possess supervisory/management skills along with a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
• Long Term Care nursing experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university; graduate of an approved RN program.

Weekend position- Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Licensed Practitioner Nurse in the state of Indiana

Previous Long Term Care nursing experience required

Previous supervisory/management experience required

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN Program.
