Job summary

Forest Manor Healthcare Center is seeking a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time position with weekend shifts (7-3, 3-11, 11-7) across all shifts. The role includes administering medications, providing clinical care, and documenting care plans in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with a supportive work environment.

We offer shift differentials and a sign-on bonus to attract qualified candidates who communicate well and are organized, with prior skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a NJ-licensed LPN in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Part-time weekend availability; 16-hour shifts.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.
