Job summary

Forest Manor Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. We offer part-time positions on all weekend shifts (7-3, 3-11, 11-7) with 16-hour shifts available, along with shift differentials and a sign-on bonus. The LPN will administer medications and treatments and document care per regulations and facility policies. We value strong communication and organizational skills and prior SNF experience.

Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.
