Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an LPN to provide direct clinical care and supervise nursing assistants on assigned units. The role includes daily resident visits, observation of conditions, and timely reporting to the charge nurse or physician.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state LPN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents daily to monitor status and report changes to the charge nurse or DON.
• Identify problems and initiate lifesaving actions when needed in absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope and assist with medication inventory.
