Job summary

American Senior Communities in Seymour Crossing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate geriatric care in a warm, resident-centered environment. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families while applying your nursing skills daily.

The role emphasizes thorough assessments, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being. C.A.R.E. values guide all interactions.
