Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.

• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Dependable weekend availability.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and on-call leadership.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure care plans and facility procedures are followed.
• Respond to emergencies and address resident or family concerns.

As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents while leading by example with your clinical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Charge Nurse at Masconomet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will oversee resident care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure the unit operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. This is a high-priority vacancy for a dependable nurse who can provide strong clinical leadership and support the nursing team during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Salary:

• LPN Charge: $41 -$48.50
• RN Charge: $47-53.50
