Your Profile

• Licensure : Active and valid LPN license to practice in New York State.

• Compliance : Meets all State and Federal employment requirements for nursing facilities.
• Communication : Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Clinical Proficiency : Skilled in patient assessment and care delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care under the supervision of RNs and direction of physicians.
• Accurately document patient care, vitals, and assessments per facility protocols.
• Educate patients and their families to promote health and support recovery.
