The Licensed Practical Nurse - Virtual Care provides virtual nursing care to patients, members, and families to promote health and wellness and prevent illness. Collaborates with clinicians, leaders, and members of the virtual care team to deliver high quality care in accordance with scope of practice. Assist with patient education. Documents clinical information in the medical record.
