Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Practical Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to use electronic messaging.
• Ability to work part-time schedule and onsite at Duluth center.

Responsibilities

• Monitors electronic messaging related to patient and provider requests within scope of practice.
• Determines acuity of needs based on messages and initiates follow-up calls.
• Directs messages and transfers calls to RN when outside scope of practice.
• Documents patient data accurately and participates in quality improvement activities.
