Qualifications
- Requires graduation from an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Full, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN licensure in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care on a subacute rehab and hospice unit.
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support Veterans and families.
- Maintain safety, dignity, and quality of life for patients with complex medical needs.
