Job description

LOCATION: La Villa Grande Care Center – Grand Junction, CO

POSITION: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

PAY: $26.00 to $36.00 DOE

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: PRN shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Monitor patients throughout their treatment
  2. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs
  3. Ensure that patients take their medication
  4. Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
  5. Liaise with patients' families

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Completed LPN license program
  2. Computer skills
  3. Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  4. Ability to work as a team and independently
  5. A love for seniors
