Qualifications

• At least 2 years of general patient care as LPN or RN.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.
• Experience in telephone triage, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing procedures as directed by the clinician according to guidelines.
• Maintains accurate inventory of medical supplies and assists in equipment selection.
• Assists in quality assurance and control; supports team-based patient-centered care.
• Attends work as scheduled and documents calls and patient information.
• Triage nurse duties over the telephone; provides patient education when appropriate.
• Follow-up with patients and refer to the primary provider as needed.
