Job summary

You will collaborate with nursing staff, CNAs, and therapy to implement restorative plans, attend meetings, and participate in audits. A professional approach and adherence to policy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete ordered wound treatments and dressing changes.
• Monitor residents for new or worsening skin concerns.
• Complete wound measurements and documentation as assigned.
• Ensure treatments are completed and properly documented on TAR.
• Report changes in wounds or skin condition to the DON/RN and provider as appropriate.
• Assist with weekly skin/body audits.
• Assist residents with established restorative nursing programs.
• Work with nursing, CNAs, and therapy to carry out restorative recommendations.
• Perform duties according to policy and professionally.
• attend staff meetings and in-service programs
