Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Matt Talbot Residential Treatment. You will provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and support in a structured recovery setting.

The role offers full-time hours (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts) with a pay range of $23.37–$30.60 per hour, based on experience and education. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to transforming lives.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in residential, behavioral health, or substance use settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
• Monitor clients for side effects and effectiveness of medications.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Provide routine triage and respond to health-related concerns.
• Support the daily functioning of the unit, including client engagement and general oversight.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to include licensed mental health therapists, case managers, substance abuse counselors, and external healthcare providers.
• Uphold infection control protocols and residential safety guidelines.
• Assist with crisis response and de-escalation as needed.
