Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a full-time LPN for the Trauma Clinic HOPD in Grand Rapids, MI. You will work under supervision with the care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in an outpatient setting.

The role requires MI LPN licensure upon hire and BLS certification (within 90 days). Normal shifts are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (vocational/technical).
• LPN licensure for Michigan upon hire; BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, contribute to assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
