Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; LPN license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain LPN license in the hiring state.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• LPN-IV Certification completed or within 3 months for LPNs in practice.
• ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS or similar certifications may be required based on unit.
• Other unit-specific certifications as required.

• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
