State of Oklahoma in Woodward seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Northwest Center for Behavioral Health’s residential facility. The role involves administering medications, conducting assessments, and coordinating care plans to support patient recovery in a 24/7 setting.

The position offers a full-time schedule with evening shifts and a salary range of $50,500–$60,000 plus shift differentials. Applicants must hold an Oklahoma LPN license and meet the listed experience requirements.

Qualifications

Current permanent Oklahoma LPN license as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
Level III requires 3 years of practical nursing experience.
Level II requires 1 year of practical nursing experience.
Level I requires possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license.

Responsibilities

Perform direct and indirect nursing services, including obtaining and documenting vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
Support health and well‑being of patients through nursing tasks.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to care teams.
Coordinate activities of direct-care staff on the unit.
Prepare and distribute medications per procedures.
Educate patients about health, medications, and care plans.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
Follow infection-control and safety standards.
