Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse LPN licensure in the state.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and report changes to physicians.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
