Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality care in a SNF setting. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, and administer nursing care while supervising nursing assistants to ensure high standards.

Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state in which you work.
- Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering care.
- Follow federal, state, and local standards and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
