Job summary
Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing facility team, providing nursing care, developing care plans, and supervising nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care. Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state you work.
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure quality care in the SNF setting.
