Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Jersey.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and mentoring LPNs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate records.
