Qualifications

• Graduate of approved LPN School of Nursing.
• Current and in good standing State of Ohio LPN license.
• Proof of valid Pharmacology course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs and assist with dementia, IVs, wound care and post-surgical care.
• Provide leadership to CNAs and collaborate with RNs, physicians and management.
• Support med pass, rehabilitation services and care for chronic conditions.
• Ensure high standards of resident care and safety.
