Job summary

Chestnut Ridge is seeking an LPN to support our Senior Living and Memory Care populations on the 2nd shift. This role involves floor supervision, passing medications, wound care, and assisting in training new staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The LPN will work closely with families, doctors, and the Wellness team to coordinate care and respond to residents' needs. This is a part-time opportunity with a strong focus on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in senior living or memory care preferred.
• Ability to pass medications accurately.
• Wound care assessment and basic care planning.
• Part-time 2nd shift (3pm–11pm), weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations and oversee aides.
• Pass medications to residents on assigned shift.
• Assess wounds and provide wound care.

Chestnut Ridge is searching for an occasional LPN to work with our Senior Living and Memory Care population.

We are currently looking for a service-oriented, dedicated and driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Wellness department and contribute to making us "A SAFE Place to Work and a SAFE Place to Live".

This role is an active nursing role that involves working as a floor supervisor, passing medication, assessing wounds/providing wound care, assessing needs of residents, assisting in training of new team members, etc. Our LPN's are a vital part of our community who help our residents in their day-to-day needs.

As an LPN Supervisor at Chestnut Ridge you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best care possible that they deserve by administering medications, communicating with doctors/medical providers, assisting families with an understanding of their loved one's care, assist our Resident Wellness

Associates with daily care, and overseeing the general operations of the shift.

License: LPN required

Part-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Fridays and every other weekend

Pay Rate: $29-35/hr
