The LPN Supervisor accurately collects and documents admission and resident data, reporting any unusual findings to the RN and Physician in a timely manner. They perform procedures and treatments according to Physician orders, and accurately and safely administer medications in accordance with policy and procedure while documenting consistently. The Supervisor implements the plan of care as directed by the RN and Physician and receives and implements Physician orders accurately and promptly. Maintaining a clean and safe environment according to unit standards, they offer assistance to residents and respond immediately to their needs. They consistently perform LPN skills, such as feeding tube care, Foley catheter insertion and care, blood sugar checks, pulse oximetry, injections, and all other unit-specific skills as assigned. Finally, they work as a dedicated team player, supporting and assisting the team while supervising care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants
