HIRING ALL SHIFTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.

• Collaborate: Works closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.

Qualifications
