Job summary

Civita Care Center at Newington is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality resident care under the supervision of licensed staff in a sub-acute setting. You will assess needs, administer meds, perform wound care, monitor vitals, and support care plans.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required to practice.
• Experience in sub-acute or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong ability to assess patient needs and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide wound care and maintenance of complex medical equipment.
• Conduct vital sign checks and report changes to nursing staff.
