Ahava Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented LPN Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing coverage across our facilities near Athens, TN. The role supports facility operations while maintaining compliance with staffing requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, filling shifts, onboarding new staff, and maintaining accurate records. A Tennessee LPN license and at least two years of LPN experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an LPN.
• Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain nursing schedules for multiple facilities.
• Fill open shifts and manage staffing needs.
• Communicate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and agency personnel.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and scheduling of new nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
• Respond to staffing emergencies and scheduling changes.
