We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional nurse to provide team-oriented support with the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day nursing department schedule.
The primary purpose of the LPN Staff Development Coordinator is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs and orientation throughout the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
