Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects patient data to support nursing assessment and plan.
• Contributes to patient plan of care based on identified needs.
• Plans, prioritizes and organizes patient care tasks efficiently.
• Performs routine patient care tasks and medication administration under supervision.
• Reassesses and adapts patient plan of care in collaboration with RN.
• Participates in quality and safety initiatives and KPI tracking.
• Participates in recruitment activities and open houses.
• Aids in improving patient experience through service improvements.
