Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and active Florida LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and evaluates patient needs by telephone triage.
• Administers medications, including injections, and documents accurately.
• Identifies education needs and provides patient/family instruction.
• Recognizes and responds to emergencies as appropriate.
• Documents information in patient medical records per Clinical Services policies.
• Facilitates patient flow to maintain office efficiency.
• Assists the physician with routine medical procedures.
• Maintains the integrity of the office environment.
