Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies and evaluates patient needs by telephone triage.
• Administers medications including injections and documents provided.
• Identifies education needs and provides patient education.
• Recognizes and responds to emergencies as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate documentation in patient medical records.
• Facilitates patient flow to support physician office operations.
• Assists physicians with medical office procedures.
• Maintains the integrity of the office.
