Life Care Centers of America is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in our facilities. You will monitor patient conditions, deliver compassionate care, and supervise CNAs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

We value stability, ongoing professional growth, and adherence to Life Care standards. Prior SNF experience and CPR certification are preferred; active LPN/LVN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties and provide instruction to CNAs.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and interdisciplinary team.
