Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The LPN provides quality nursing care, monitors patients, and guides CNAs to maintain the highest well-being of residents in a535 facility setting.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program with an active TN license and CPR certification. Prior geriatric experience is preferred, and ongoing compliance with Life Care standards is required.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State; active LPN/LVN license required.
One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly.
Assign duties to CNAs and provide clinical supervision.
Deliver quality nursing care with excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
