Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for skilled nursing opportunities in Lexington, SC. This position offers competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work a dedicated assignment with one of our healthcare partners.

We are seeking dependable, experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and can quickly and confidently adapt to new facility environments.

Qualifications

• Active SC LPN license or Compact LPN license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize EMR to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team
• Measure and document resident health information and vital signs
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care within scope of practice
• Assist with resident assessments and implement care plans
• Document medications, treatments, observations and resident responses
• Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to provide quality care
• Maintain compliance with policies, infection control standards and regulations
• Communicate concerns to onsite supervisor and agency
• Other duties as assigned
