Job summary
Life Care Centers of America in Port Townsend, WA is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time position with day or night rotation and a night differential. Wage range is $36–$49 per hour, DOE, with a sign-on bonus up to $7K.

Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment.
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
