Job summary

Parkside Care Limited in Union Gap, WA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualifying full-time hires, paid quarterly in the first year, with a pay range of $33.00-$44.35 per hour DOE.

As an LPN you will provide nursing care, administer and monitor medications and vital signs, support patients and families, and collaborate with the care team on admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Current and Valid LPN license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer, observe, and record medication, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and general condition of patient.
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
