Job summary

Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center in Maryland is hiring LPNs to join a compassionate nursing team. As an LPN you will deliver patient care per the care plan, administer medications, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical and emotional needs.

We offer full-time opportunities with hourly pay between $31 and $40, shift differentials, daily pay, and benefits including tuition reimbursement and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
