Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility team in New York. This full-time role requires a NY LPN license and a passion for geriatric patient care, with the ability to work independently and support residents through functional and therapeutic activities.

Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with opportunities for full-time or part-time engagement. Daily pay option is offered and benefits are provided after probation as listed.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for NY state.
• Experience in geriatric or SNF care preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat with some independence.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IVs where applicable.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Provide resident care and therapeutic treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs and assist with unit coordination.
