Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. The ideal candidate will hold an active NY LPN license, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and commit to alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with physicians and health care professionals; supervise CNAs.
