Job summary

Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our supportive nursing team. We are hiring for FT and PT with shifts 3-11:30 and 11-7:30.

LPN compensation starts at $32.00 per hour with full benefits, up to $38.00 per hour with no-frills, plus a sign-on bonus up to $2500 and additional weekend bonuses. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, company-paid life insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care / skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ vital signs and conditions.
• Provide wound care and basic nursing services.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with care plan implementation and updates.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
